This is a simple RequestHandler that extracts significant Terms from
TermVectors wrt some categorical or class value. Think keywords per class.
Minimal SolrCloud support is available including distributed tf*idf.

This is patch is more of a placeholder for a much more polished draft. Among
other things, test scripts and javadocs are forthcoming!
