Currently the start/stop script only waits 5 seconds before forcefully killing
the Solr process. In our experience this is not enough for graceful shutdown on
an active SolrCloud node. I propose making the shutdown wait for up to 30
seconds and check the process status every second to avoid unnecessary delay.
I will attach a patch to accomplish this.
