Presently CloneFieldUpdateProcessorFactory accepts regular expressions to
select source fields, which mirrors wildcards in the source for copyField in
the schema. This patch adds a counterpart to copyField's wildcards in the dest
attribute by interpreting the dest parameter as a regex replacement string.
