There's a couple of layers between continuum and the service here. 1)
the windows service mechanism and 2) the java service wrapper code.
One place to look would be the Windows event log, the other would be the
continuum stdout log if it got that far.

We've had to take down the continuum instance temporarily (the script
running is a simpler bootstrap script). We also had not exposed the
continuum repo to the world.
Currently, you have to bootstrap to build plugins that require that release.
