I was able to rebuild (with JDK 8) .jar, -sources.jar and -source-release.zip
archives from source-release archive, deleting first DEPENDENCIES, LICENSE and
NOTICE

I've submitted some PRs not so long ago, they're merged into master but
occasionally there are records in Jira about succeeded or failed builds.
Shouldn't those branches be deleted? I think Jenkins makes useless job [1],

I think everybody can approve these PRs, so to me they are a bit misleading.
I've already wiped away a couple of PRs this week, but I'd like to have a
critical look at it.
This plugin is very powerful, so it must be handled with great care.
