There's some activity on the SCM-project. If it's worth to push a release
of SCM, then I'd like to wait for that before pushing a new version of the
maven-release-plugin.
If it takes more than a week, I'll push the maven-release-plugin anyway.

I'd hoped we could add some GIT related fixes too from the SCM project.
So right now I'm thinking of falling back to SCM-1.7 and prepare a 2.4.1
of the maven-release-plugin
I could do that this weekend.
