Hi Robert, On 11/09/17 21:11, Robert Scholte wrote: Hi, isn't it weird that jmod:create has parameters for classpath and modulepath? why not start using the dependencies as specified in the pom? and the plugin shouldn't use artifactId as default for the modulename. Current best practice is to include the packagename as namespace. And if the module-info.class is there, it is also possible to extract this value with plexus-java I'm sorry, but I have to give this a -1. No need to applogize...Very good hints... +1 non-binding, tried with OpenJDK Java 8, Linux x86_64, tried on a bunch of internal projects, non-forking mode but with --threads 2, all junit tests, about 3k in total, tried failsafe plugin for arquillian tests, all looks right did not test exotic testing modes nor site plugin report Thanks Tibor! Re: [VOTE] Release Apache Maven 3.5.1
+1 non-binding I tested with OpenJDK Java 8 on Linux x86_64 with a variety of projects. Everything looks good, the only new behavior I'm seeing is a warning: [WARNING] The project <> uses prerequisites which is only intended for maven-plugin projects but not for non maven-plugin projects. For such purposes you should use the maven-enforcer-plugin. See https://maven.apache.org/enforcer/enforcer-rules/requireMavenVersion.html But it looks like this is intentional and well documented, thank you! Damned, can't we be anonymous on Github ? I maintain it is a big word, I'm trying to fix more bugs than I add new ones I added Oleg in the loop as he contributed a lot on it too I did a quick test to build on Jenkins 2.60.3 our maven core with the Evil Maven plugin 2.17 on a local SSH agent and it is ok But it is really a quick test ...
