it does appear, but is listed as "app-client" instead of "acr"
perhaps name in the list should be updated because it's not easy to figure out
that app-client == acr

It contains validations that happen when everything is done: it's too late for
profile activation controls

As expected, seing it in a generated site gave me my first improvem
seems related to SCM-741: the IT added contains a copy of .svn content taken
from svn 1.7 (format 29), and I suppose Jenkins uses svn 1.8 which has a
different one (format 31)
don't know how wa can improve the IT to be more tolerant to svn version
updates

are you sure you generated the plexus descriptor before running the mojo
injecting implementations?
