    Updated to add dash for no-fork

    Not sure if this is the right place to make the change.  Noticed on 
https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-javadoc-plugin/index.html the no-fork 
was listed as nofork.  

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/DylanLWScott/maven-plugins trunk

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/maven-plugins/pull/64.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
