A new archetype to review (Webapp)

By the time of the vote, i will assume lazy consensus on the content
of these archetypes. and they will replace their actual equivalents in
the internal catalog.

The archetypes one can find in the link i sent are
projects samples. I.e. they are simple maven 2
projects that will be transformed into archetypes
in some time.
The kind of review i seek is just that someone check
these projects to see if they fulfill their names.
