So folks, all open issues have been resolved for this release. We have now 67 issues addressed. One last remaining is to upgrade SLF4J to avoid race conditions in Surefire. I'll give fellow committers a few more days to raise their hand if something else should be part of this release otherwise I will start the produce on Sunday/Monday. I will follow the release guide from here [1]. Folks, I have ported approx. 50 non-invasive issues back to maven-3.8.x branch and it is in a very good shape.
