Alex - everyone is welcome to join, we usually send an email to this mailing list a day or two prior to the event with the agenda and a link to the livestream and the hangout. I don't think there is "a form" as such (or, if there is one, I don't know where it is :) ). -- *Marco Massenzio*

We previously proposed creating a google calender that we can share on the dev list for people to use, but need to decide on the frequency/schedule before we can set that up. In the meantime, watch this list for the announcement of the weekly or bi-weekly meeting, usually happening on Thursdays.
