I've got a working Batik plugin here that operates in a similar vien
to the XSLT plugin - anyone object if I add it to the sandbox?

I'm tending -1 only on the basis that it is using openejb:jaxb2.0
dependencies, which I thought were going to be removed from the
repository. I don't want that to be something permanent.
Can they be updated to a proper group ID?

This rounds up the release, changing the format to the more conventional
