panelNavigation doensn't works properly with IFRAME

I have a page with one panelNavigation at the left, this panelNavigation
contains 2 commandNavigation that open the pages inside a IFRAME, when i click
in the top level commandNavigation two nested commandNavigations are showed, if
i click in the first commandNavigation the action of this component loads the
page correctly in the IFRAME, but if i click in second commandNavigation the
main page that contains the IFRAME is showed inside the IFRAME.
I'm attaching a zip file with testcase.
