It seems to work now both from URL and from the Pootle UI. Unfortunately
I now have the same problem with this file: da/starmath/source.po

Just for your information I have no problems downloading the help
content and I can even download the UI for the French project.

Could someone provide me with the access or perhaps download this file
http://pootle.services.openoffice.org/da/openoffice_org/export/zip and
send it to me?
You have full permissions, I checked.  It seems to be a filesystem 
permission error, the server admins will need to fix that.
