"LANG=it_IT.UTF-8" the result is the below exception.

I figured out a Problem of that url:
http://wiki.netbeans.org/NetBeansDeveloperFAQ I know that the wiki is now
under: http://netbeans.apache.org/wiki/index.asciidoc so we need a Redirect to
this page that everyone else knows where to find the new pages, when they want
to call the old url.
PS: Next one, after that, is planned for March 2020, however note that the
schedule for that will not be published until JDK 13 is released.
