Updated https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/6521 and verified
dev-build functionality on macOS M1 (only used artefacts for now).
As noted elsewhere, please make sure to change the parent folder

The main purpose of this version is to allow us to ship Apple Silicon
support for the terminal in NetBeans 20.
