built from the specific artefact to be voted on using Oracle JDK
8u162, launched on OpenJDK 10ish on Windows
10, no obvious issue on my current project.

Hi, especially our mentors,
The rc3 vote thread is moving along well and it would be great that when we
move to the IPMC vote thread we have at least 2 votes from our mentors.
That would mean you’d do your vote by Wednesday CET EOB. Just dropping a
line to see whether that would be doable —

I've been using NB9 builds for daily work. Seems to be stable enough.

I just loaded up a Vert.x project I have (

annotation processing generates some JavaScript and TypeScript interfaces
for Vert.x in the /target/generated-sources/annotations directory.
NetBeans is detecting those sources and
In netbeans/etc/netbeans.conf you can sepcify the jdk you want to use for
that instance of Netbeans.

Uncomment line
#netbeans_jdkhome="/path/to/jdk"
and put the path to the jdk you want.

Hi,
I have several JDK versions installed (8, 9, and 10) on Linux. I'm
wondering if there is an easy way to tell NetBeans to start with a
different JDK than the current default? For example, I have JDK9 installed
at '/usr/lib/jvm/openjdk-9', but the JDK on the current PATH is JDK 8.
