We will use it, if the structure is clear to use static pages/dynamic pages
with a cms e.g. We don't need it, if we will use public spaces pages, or wiki
pages if this is possible.

Yes, first I will create the instructions in the next couple of days and after
this, I will have a look into PicoCMS and we can discuss things further about
structure.

Excellent.
In terms of how the tutorial pages will look, let's try to keep everything
as similar as possible to how things are right now, to enable easy
migration.
But, the main thing right now is to have the instructions for checking out
and checking in the website content. How to structure
Thy Geertjan for the info. I will write soon some little instructions.
After this, I will work on a little layout for such tutorial pages, or are you
planning to use spaces for the outside, no right?
