Hi,
I would not close all. At least one PR is missing a second reviewer and
could be merged then. So it depends.
The rest, where is no activity for several months, could be closed.

I agree with the automated closing of abandoned PRs.
A quick search gave me this repository of a bot to automate the task:

Hi Miloš,
that what you describe is what I also thought about. I got an book about NB
too, but the samples there don't use the annotations and some classes are
even deprecated. So an update to the latest version of the platform would
be great. I could be your copilot if you need help in reviews
NetBeans is a great platform to write desktop applications. I would also
include a tutorial how to build an application based on the lasted APIs.

Hi,
I uploaded a new version of my plugin (suitable for NetBeans 8.2) and
deleted the old one, which was for NetBeans 8.1. However it is still
pending, waiting for verification.
The first time I uploaded a plugin I did not sign it. But this time I made
sure it is signed. So that can't be the
uild them yourself.

Hi,
I wanted to start creating a plugin as a tutorial using Maven for the book.
However I can't find the dependecies for release 9 of NetBeans. The latest
version in the public repository is 8.2. I'm using this url:
http://bits.netbeans.org/nexus/content/groups/netbeans/ Did it move? Or is
it not
Hi,
I would appreciate when someone could set me on the right track. I'm
wondering what is the best way to write a plugin with a support for a new
language.
I have found this old tutorial:
http://wiki.netbeans.org/How_to_create_support_for_a_new_language
It uses JavaCC. The tutorial is linked to

It's good to see a photo of the original authors. I like that.
I suggest to keep the table of contents very short. The smaller points look
like personal opinion so maybe you could add them while you speak.

Hello,
after implementing language support the hard way with ANTLR and self
written LanguageHierachy, I accidently came accross the Generic Language
Framework, aka Projekt Schliemann.
I know it is quite old. So therefore my question: Is it still a solution to
create support for a new language?
.

Hi Geertjan,
Regarding the Maven dependency, which you mentioned in your post. From my
own experience I can say: When JUnit 5 dependency is added to a Maven
project, NetBeans 10 created a skelleton for a test class with the imports
for version 5, when I clicked on Tools => create / update test.
