PS: I recommend strongly to put aside any work related to pushes or changes
or anything other than the Module Review right now. To do the first
incubator release of Apache NetBeans, no new features and no new code is
needed: we need to focus very specifically and narrowly on reviewing the
modules,
Sorry, wasn't aware anyone was still pushing changes there, otherwise would
have indeed made a specific announcement about this.

I suggest to formally announce the closing of the old hg.netbeans.org
repositories or give a plan how the changes done there will be merged.
I see that the infrastructure does not work correctly anymore. There
are changes in core-main that don't transition to main-silver/main-
golden
