Sebastian Nagel resolved NUTCH-2622.

Resolution: Fixed
Fixed (for the upcoming release of 1.15) by removing the dependencies and
adding instructions how to include these dependencies when compiling Nutch from
the source package or git checkout. Not the ultimate solution but as the WARC
generation is no core component and there is also an alternative ({{bin/nutch
warc ...}} instead of {{bin/nutch commoncrawldump -warc ...}}) this is
acceptable and also conforms with the [licensing
guidelines|https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#optional].
