My +1 as well..I would suggest, specifically:
1. Use git-wp
2. Borrow and adapt this guide which suggests how to do it
(i’m happy to adapt)
http://wiki.apache.org/tika/UsingGit
3. Turn on writeable git wp mirror’ing to apache/opennlp
Cheers,
Chris
No problem Jörn we’ll make it happen.

We would love to have this part of Apache Tika. You can take a look
at the existing NER/NLP stuff integrated like in GeoTopicParser as
an example and yes please file a JIRA issue:

I would be happy to work with you to make it happen.

Hi Madhawa,
So, how about a project that develops and contributes an Apache
Tika and OpenNLP based SentimentAnalysisParser?
I have some students currently doing work using the Fisher Callhome

Please note both those solutions are LGPLv3 and not ALv2 solutions.
It would be nice for these types of libraries to be available permissively
under the ALv2 (or Category-A licenses [1]) since this is an ASF project.
Also neither of these are Apache OpenNLP so not sure how they are

Yes I think it’s critical that we also distribute models and have

also we should look at TensorFlow too Continuum just packaged it up

Hi Everyone,
Hope you¹re well! I¹m new to the list, however I just wanted to
state I¹m really happy with what I¹ve seen with OpenNLP so far.
My team and I have built a Tika Parser [1] that uses OpenNLP¹s
location NER model, along with a Lucene Geo Names Gazeeteer [2]
to create a ³GeoTopicParser².
