Problems building AOO on Ubuntu 13.10

Hi, I have recently upgraded my Linux machine to Ubuntu 13.10 and was not able to build AOO anymore. Building stops in svl/ with a missing symbol used by the atexit() function. The build error is triggered by the default compilers gcc and g++ 4.8. It is also triggered by version 4.7. I was
