As can be seen below, I've upgraded 4.2.x and later to use more recent versions of apr/apr-util. This was mostly done since the latest Xcode messes up w/ APR's semi-hacked configure and causes issues with finding sizeof various types as well as libraries. I figured as long as I was fixing that,
