I know that there are open bugs related to the issue of hyperlinks set as
default in TOC entries (e.g.
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=55993) but since in IBM Lotus
Symphony this is the default behaviour I was wondering if it may be only a
matter of editing a configuration
