I've tested this with Win7 and Chrome 39.0.2171.99 m but cannot see any
problems with the website or downloading.
The user mentioned "minitab.js" in the error message. If this is an
installed extension she/he should deactivate/deinstall this and try again
to download. Maybe it interfere negatively
