When issues are set to resolved it's possible to close them right away. So, they are not left in the RESOLVED state. Of course this doesn't fit for issues that are, e.g., fixed in the code but tests and verifications are still needed. But when an issue is not an AOO issue or not reproducible

Thanks but...(I am an IT professional, have given training to developers)there is/was an issue with windows (many versions) where all files were not removed simply by uninstalling, depending on how the developers of the program designed/coded the program.Then you had to know exactly which files
