No code, just some updated graphics.
I checked it in the Windows installer, someone else should check it on
macOS.

This is a different bug. Somehow we bundled the msvcr100.dll as 64bit in
4.1.3.
32bit JAVA is not detected with that dll.
I only want to make sure that we bundle the 32bit dll and that it is the
most recent version (10.0.40219.325).

They should be in the first lines of the log file for Windows (use the  
4.1.2 files first, always from the link I sent). Can't you find them  
there?

Reporting broken download link

Hi
I have installed Open Office 4.1.3 through a "Software Update" notice 
when using 4.1.2.  I am using Widows 10.
Now, in the last 24 hours, when I go to "My Documents" & try to open a 
document I get a message box with the following message "The requested 
operation requires elevation".  Upon closing the box I am left with the 
"My Documents" window & no document loads.  I have only just experienced 
this problem as 2.1.3 was operating perfectly before.

Any advice please?
