So, from anywhere on a machine with SVN access, just run: $ svn copy https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openoffice/branches/AOO413 https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openoffice/tags/AOO413 -m "AOO revision 1761381 from branch AOO413 was voted to be released as Apache OpenOffice 4.1.3 in October 2016" Committed revision 1790662. This results in the new tag appearing at http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/openoffice/tags/ (while at it I fixed the missing 4.1.3 tag, so I did run the command above). - How to check out code? Just "svn checkout" the relevant branch. Starting with 4.1.3 we have been using dedicated branches, so naming is now obvious (we had been reusing branches in precedence, like AOO410 was used for 4.1.0, 4.1.1 and 4.1.2). There can always be circumstances when a person becomes "unavailable", but I assume the PMC did a discussion on that topic. Yes, the About dialog is "composed" out of several elements. One of them is logo.png. I tried to reduce the increase of height to a minimum and tested (exchanged the graphics) on Ubuntu, Xubuntu and Windows. All dialogs look slightly different, but that has always been the way. Hi Marcus, Yes, the term "blocker" was discussed often. (Maybe we should add another flag "release_proposal"?) For me it is just a flag to let the release manager know that I would like to see a certain commit/fix included in the next release. I think 4.1.4 would be the perfect moment to show our integration in the ASF, even if it is only a little logo. But I will leave it to the release manager to decide... Anyway, it is just two graphics.
