I wrote on Sunday with Gavin if Infra could have a look with our Updater
Issue. Gavin promised me to take over and find a solution.
Lets hope we find a cheap solution for the 4.1.X series.

We would still need some time for the translators to complete their
language and to commit the SDFs to source...
Armenian (hy), Kabyle (kab), Oromo (om), Ukrainian (uk) and Estonian
(et) would be my proposal to add for Dev2 (and 4.2.0 Release).
