Somehow this isn't monitored and/or nobody cares. ;-)
If a message is received when it is successful, then it would require

Correction: Apart from the OpenOffice tasks only one JMeter task is 
running on that machine and that fails every time.

The phpBB admin form only requests contact and from addresses.
IMHO the issue is with the requirements for SPF, DKIM... as described in
the link provided.
