Wiki website issue

Since a couple of weeks, forums was slowness due to bot attacks.
This has been fixed by Infra: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-25283
Thanks to them

But Infra draws our attention to our outdated wiki, with Mediawiki software 
that needs updating

For some months now, the libreoffice community has been in turmoil. 
A new committee is set to oust the existing members[1]. 
Perhaps it would be a good idea to write an open letter urging everyone to join 
OpenOffice.

I'm try to test with AOO 4.1.14 and it did not work anymore
Can't connect SMTP with SSL/TLS like GMail on port 465 or 587

I see in OpenOffice 4/program that we have a mysterious mailmerge.pyc
Seems that patch has been compiled.
I checked in 4.1.12 and just mailmerge.py exists

Seems to be an account issue with same username/password

Give a right path with:
 https://forum.openoffice.org/fr/forum/foo>test
So for me, you have a wrong url somewhere in ACP.

Git is not a dedicated tool for translation strings
If I understood, we will have .po files and should use a specific software to 
make this. After work done, pushing PRs to contribute.

Signature checking process avoids automatic registration from spambots.
Unfortunately, it cannot be effective in all cases.
Certainly a real human here.

Smilie icon_wink.gif is missing in 3.3.7
Has been replaced by icon_e_wink.gif

Fix with restoring old file or pointing to new one directly in database

I don't know if passwords has been correctly hashed in database.
