Reporting a problem with the OpenOffice website

The system requirements for the Open Office 4.1.0 say "Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or 
higher" needed, but when I try to install the upgrade on my Mac OS X 10.6.8 I 
get an error that says you must have Mac OS X 10.7 or higher.
Something isn't right.
