I use OpenOffice Calc to track my personal budget, as well as items and budgets for our nonprofit, Heroes Outreach Program. There is one feature that I would find very useful and that would save me a lot of time.

When selecting the cell background color or font color, I would like it if when you clicked on the button that it would color the box in the last color selected rather than having to go into the drop down and selecting the same color cell after cell. This function is available in Microsoft Excel and I find it very useful and would find it just as useful in Open Office Calc. I prefer to use open source software rather than feeding Microsoft.
