handle multilingual contents:

Yes I noticed too, that the content has to be corrected first. It seems
that only the link to Pootle has been adapted :(
We are planning a German HowTo page and therefore I thought, that it would
be best to start with an English page to make the tips available for other
languages too.
It would be nice to have an updated English HowTo, that can then be
translated to our other languages. But of course if the german one becomes
available first it can be translated to English.
If you want, I can offer to review the HowTo from a technical pootle
standpoint.

I've been browsing the download page in the staging site and it all
works as expected, except for Install Guides link. I was about to
change such link but, in a second thought, perhaps it's not a bad
thing to have such guides translated.
So we have two options: change he link to Install Guides in English
before publishing the page, or hold it (one or two days) until
translation is done.
