Forum registration refused for “invalid” email
Dear Sir, Yesterday, I tried to register on the OpenOffice.org Writer Forum. My Forum registration was refused for the reason that my email address was “not valid”. I used “crockett151...@hotmail.com” as my email address. This address was accepted in all the forums I registered with. Could you please tell me why it is considered as an invalid email address? What is a “valid” email address? By the way, I am sending this message to you because I could not see any way to contact the Admin of the OpenOffice.org Writer Forum, except by logging into the forum, which I could not do because my application was rejected.
