BTW - What time will the “release” happen? Today or tomorrow morning? I need to ask security to publish the two CVEs and plan to be out this afternoon and evening. I would prefer later today (European time). Marcus, what do you think? I don't care. My preparations are nearly finished. I can commit the changes whenever we want. :-) However, more important is that the blog announcement and release notes are also ready. I can take care for the release notes. I filled in some improvement bullet points but feel free to add/change as needed. I've finished (so far) the release notes. You can copy & paste the bugfixes and enhancements from there: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/AOO+4.1.11+Release+Notes We have these two that are already public and could be listed. The Release Candidate is good for production/GA: [X] yes / +1 [ ] no / -1 My vote is based on [X] binding (member of PMC) [X] I have built and tested the RC from source on platform [CentOS 7 64-bit] [X] I have tested the binary RC on platform [Windows 10, CentOS Stream 8 64-bit] In addition to the usual file open, edit, save testing, I also tested the Hyperlink test documents, as well as other security related test documents fixed in this RC. I've ran multiple passes of the BVT and FVT test suites on CentOS 7 and Windows 10 and except for some flaky and broken tests that still need fixed it looks good. I verified sha256 and sha512 checksums, and signatures for tar.gz sources and rpm_en-US.tar.gz, en-US.exe, office and SDK binaries. I extracted the source and verified the LICENSE and NOTICE files were present.
