If your use of the term "Locked" means that your macOS system reports
"Openoffice.org can't be opened because it is from an unidentified
developer." See Q05 and A05 about the macOS GateKeeper message here:

How is it locked?  What error messages do you get. What happens?  What is your 
operating system
