Again, it's just to give a correct information in the tutorial

ah OK, but then it would be better to just ask what the process looks
like and what will happen for the user.

Here is the process:

When a request is coming to sysadmin@ we check for which tool the
request is (the mail address is also used for others) and which name and
mail address. If this not clear we ask and wait for the answer.

So, when users wish to have an acount for BZ, they should write:
- that it is for Bugzilla
- which mail address should be used as login name
- and their real name

When we have the information, we create a new BZ account and give a
response on sysadmin@, so all admins knows.

The account details incl. the password will be send to the user only.
And with the request to change it with first login.

That's it. I hope this helps. :-)

And they are sometimes not the fastest workers. ;-)

A human process means which delay to enable an account?

Thanks for the tip. I have now found an email from November 2020, which
confirms that the independent registration is probably deactivated. I will pass
this on to the forum.

If I remember correctly, there was an issue with spam and registrations
for Bugzilla were closed; I think the advice was to ask here for access.

You might want to search the mailing list archives for more detail.

Is this intended or a bug? Or have _I_ overlooked something?
