Windows 7 (and now 8) have WPF support for Start menu and Task bar feature
commonly know as Jump lists. They allow organization of frequent and recent
tasks and documents into "Jump lists" associated with applications when
pinned to the Start menu or the Task bar.

Apache OpenOffice 4.0 does not implement dedicated support for this Windows
specific GUI, yet Jump lists are a major UX aspect of the Windows 7 and now
Windows 8 desktop. Default handling of AOO 4.0 components is no longer
functioning--it worked through the 3.4.1 release.

Have opened issue aoo#122809
<https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=122809> for this
enhancement.
