I'd like to change the default shell to be used for windows builds to be tcsh instead of 4nt. See iz 42284 http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=42284. Opinions on this? IMHO W32-tcsh is the more common and better tested build environment at the moment and I'd like configure to reflect
