Which MSVC version is used officially to build OOo on Windows? The information in the wiki http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Building_Guide/Building_on_Windows says Visual C++ 2008 Express Compiler but that is impossible because then the build process will have problems with ActiveX?
