I solved the problem with the following:
1. replace the word scext with lpsolve from postprocess/prj/build.lst
2. delete the words
STD_RES_FILE_PATCH( gid_File_Res_Solver, solver) and
STD_UNO_LIB_FILE_PATCH( gid_File_Lib_Solver, solver) from
scp2/source/calc/file_calc.scp
