Hello Openoffice.org team
I'm emailing because I wanted to suggest a new feature. When printing animated
GIFs in a document, only the first frame is printed and I wanted to suggest
having an option to allow animated gifs to be onionskinned (see wikipedia:
onionskinning) so content from every

This is fixed completely for all documents with a unique page width.
In case of a document with non-unique page widths the widest page

Hello,
Apologies if this is something already covered (I can't find it in the
Options or documentation).
I have a 19 screen and when viewing a Writer document in Print Layout
View at a zoom of 100% (anything less than page width) the document is to
the left of the screen. From a usability point

Hi Ingrid,
Yes, one can use /a option - but only if one knows about it. This
knowledge is an extra hurdle again. Furthermore it is not sufficient if
you want to install a download package without system integration.
Because you will need to extract the package with a special option first
Hi Christian,
To answer that: You don't need to use the commandline,
$favourite_GUI_archive_manager/file_manager could do the same...
Neither $file_manager nor $favourite_GUI_archive_manager are defined on

Hi all,
I would like to suggest some modifications for the OpenOffice_Dev
installations sets.
As far as I know the OpenOffice_Dev target was introduced to create
Builds that can be installed in parallel to a normal OpenOffice version
for testing and developing purposes.
But there are

But there are still some limitations:

Hi,
I've been using OOo 1.0 and 1.1 on windows for ages - really liked them (and
encouraged others). Started using OOo 2.0 when it was released - mostly very
nice.
However the following change in OOo 2 seems a pity.
In OOo 1.x it was possible to choose colours on the font colour toolbar button

Hello Paul,
I actually liked this function quite a lot too so I created a couple of
macros that I then associated to the keyboard combination.
Some of the gurus here will be able to tell you how to do it properly, but
this code does the trick for me ;-)
Note though that also the functionality of
