I am currently developing an application that displays OSM maps on the

JOSM's validators coastline check ("clockwise water") doesn't work
right. I'm worried that it is going to encourage people to break the
coastlines in the database.
For a start, "clockwise water" is not an error, it's correct. Water
should be clockwise
