No, it looks like Tom committed a change to #include output-gazetteer.h
a couple of days ago. I've reverted that line in r12912.

1. I modified the surveyor.xml to use the buttons of the additional

suddenly Osmosis does not connect any more to my database. The first
time this happend was while I was updating a database with a changefile.
When I tried to repeat the update the problem was there from the beginning.
- Connection data is correct (PHP connects successfully)
- Both

This seems to be a result of a DEBUG compile being done inside the debian
build.

... don't use other kind of java machine because you can have some
problem with db .
