I'm writing a program that consumes minutely diffs and need to do some testing. Most of the testing I can do against diffs from the live API but for some testing I need to do some edits which I can't do on the live API. Are there any minutely diffs from the test API? If not, does anyone have

[OSM-dev] osm-history-splitter gives zlib error

I get this when running split-all-clipbounds.py trying to clip a US planet PBF file (created using osmconvert) into US states: terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error' what(): zlib error So..what is going on here? Some of the resulting pbf files are empty as well.
