From the error message I would guess a corrupted diff, given that my
server is running normal and there hasn't been a barrage of complaints I
expect a one off on your machine. I would suggest deleting the diff and
resetting the state file a bit.

Once again, there is a problem with the website. Trac is really slow and
some special pages like (/maps) are not reachable.
On startup the motd fails, too.
