Dunno if this is the right place for a feature request, but here goes...
I'm extracting the data to render a particular z8 tile, and rather than
using completeWays, I'm calculating the lonlats for a bbox that has a 2%
margin around the z8 tile (because that's quicker to run).
So the feature
I think there should probably be double quotes around %JAVACMD% in the set
EXEC line, in case the contents of JAVACMD include any spaces.

As I said, more a feature than a bug, but...
It sometimes gets stuck for quite a while at the Creating changeset
stage, as if the server has lost the request for a changeset-id. If
you cancel and re-save (retyping your changeset comment) then it quite
often goes straightaway. Would it be possible

I don't know whether it's really a bug or not, but I do find myself
moving objects unintentionally when panning, which isn't entirely
user-friendly. I'd prefer that drag on an unselected object resulted
in select pan.

They almost certainly mean shared with peds and white-paint segregated
from peds (as opposed to track which the Germans think is completely
segregated).
I think there should probably be policy, something like the value must
represent ?5% of current uses.
