[osmosis-dev] Feature request - a margin around a bbox

2012-09-11 Thread Richard Mann
Dunno if this is the right place for a feature request, but here goes... I'm extracting the data to render a particular z8 tile, and rather than using completeWays, I'm calculating the lonlats for a bbox that has a 2% margin around the z8 tile (because that's quicker to run). So the feature

I think there should probably be double quotes around %JAVACMD% in the set EXEC line, in case the contents of JAVACMD include any spaces. Richard ___ osmosis-dev mailing list osmosis-dev@openstreetmap.org

[Potlatch-dev] Improving saving speed

2011-06-21 Thread Richard Mann
As I said, more a feature than a bug, but... It sometimes gets stuck for quite a while at the Creating changeset stage, as if the server has lost the request for a changeset-id. If you cancel and re-save (retyping your changeset comment) then it quite often goes straightaway. Would it be possible

I don't know whether it's really a bug or not, but I do find myself moving objects unintentionally when panning, which isn't entirely user-friendly. I'd prefer that drag on an unselected object resulted in select pan. Richard (M) ___ Potlatch-dev

Re: [Potlatch-dev] What do the new cycleway values mean?

2011-02-03 Thread Richard Mann
They almost certainly mean shared with peds and white-paint segregated from peds (as opposed to track which the Germans think is completely segregated). I think there should probably be policy, something like the value must represent ?5% of current uses. Richard On Thu, Feb 3, 2011 at 7:35 AM,
